Job Description: Sales & Collection Executive – Loan Department

Job Role: Tele-calling

Department: Loans / Finance

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Indira Nagar, Lucknow

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for timely loan EMI collections.
• Contact customers through calls or field visits for overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer payment issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to update customer payment status.
• Reduce NPA (Non-Performing Assets) by effective recovery strategies.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
• Knowledge of loan repayment cycles and collection processes.
• Willingness to work in the field (if required).
• Basic documentation and reporting skills.
