Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
- Explain our matrimonial services, benefits, and packages clearly and confidently.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate membership plans.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into paid clients.
- Maintain a daily log of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM tools.
- Handle client queries and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Build a rapport with customers to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.
