Job Description:

Prime Fin Axis Pvt Ltd is looking for a Telecaller / Tele Executive to join our team in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers regarding loan products, explaining loan features, interest rates, and required documentation. The role involves generating leads, maintaining daily call records, following up with interested customers, coordinating with the sales team and banks, and achieving monthly targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel)
• Ability to handle customer queries politely

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

Experience:

• Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or loan process preferred
