Telesales Executive

Role Summary

We are hiring confident and energetic Tele Sales & Support Executives to handle outbound calling, lead follow-ups, customer coordination, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain products/services clearly and generate sales leads
• Follow up on inquiries and update CRM records
• Handle customer queries and provide sales support
• Coordinate with internal teams for closures and service delivery
• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets

Requirements

• 12th Pass / Graduate
• Minimum 1 year experience in Tele Sales / Customer Support preferred
• Strong spoken Hindi and basic English communication
• Comfortable with computers, CRM, and calling systems
• Target-driven and customer-focused mindset

High Preference

Tele sales experience in

Solar | EV | Interior | Insurance | Real Estate | Pharma | Banking | Service Sector

will be highly preferred.
