Telesales Executive

Fixed Salary plus good incentives on profit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries.
• Present and promote services over the phone.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Provide detailed information to customers over phone.
• Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Record customer information accurately in the company’s CRM.
• Handle customer objections and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team and work on lead closure.
