Job Description
Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Explain modular kitchen products, designs, and services to customers.
Understand customer requirements and schedule showroom visits or site visits.
Maintain lead records, update CRM, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Coordinate with sales and design teams for lead handling.
Build rapport with customers and ensure high-quality communication.
