Tender Executive

We are looking for a GeM Portal Executive to handle end-to-end GeM operations — from registration to order closure for our Wholesale Pharmaceutical Company.

🔹 Role Overview

Handle end-to-end operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) including product listing, bidding, order execution, compliance, and coordination with internal teams and government buyers.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ GeM product listing, pricing & bid participation

✔ Tender / BOQ / Reverse Auction handling

✔ PO processing, invoicing & payment tracking

✔ Compliance with drug license, GST & statutory norms

✔ Coordination with warehouse, logistics & accounts

✔ MIS & audit support

🔹 Eligibility

🎓 Graduate (Pharmacy preferred)

📌 1–3 years GeM portal experience (Pharma / Healthcare)

📊 Good Excel & documentation skills

📍 Industry: Wholesale Pharma
