📝 Job Summary:

Shresaum Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tender Executive with strong knowledge of government tendering processes. The ideal candidate must have minimum 3 years of hands-on experience on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal and the ability to manage end-to-end tender operations.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage complete tender documentation, including bids, proposals, and compliance papers
• Perform tender analysis, evaluate eligibility, and ensure accuracy before submission
• Manage GeM portal bidding, product listing, catalog updates, and tender participation
• Handle tender quotations, pricing strategies & documentation requirements
• Coordinate with government agencies, vendors, and internal teams
• Track upcoming government tenders and maintain submission records
• Ensure timely submission of bids and follow up on tender status
• Support documentation for government projects, agreements, and contracts
• Evaluate tender results and prepare comparison reports
• 👤 Candidate Requirements:
• Age: 24 – 40 years
• Gender: Both genders allowed
• Education: Graduate
• English: Basic English
• Experience: Minimum 3 years (must have experience using GeM portal)
• Shift: Day (Full-Time)

• Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 (Fixed)
