Tender Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Filling Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders, proposals, and bids to clients.

Responsibilities:

- Research and identify new tender opportunities

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and inputs for tenders

- Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and bids within deadlines

- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and regulations

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Analyze tender results and provide feedback to the team

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Proven experience in tender management or a related field

- Command over Goods and Service Category both, on GeM portal and E- Procurement 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
