We are looking for a skilled professional who can manage GeM Portal operations as well as handle Government e-Tenders end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for registration, bid management, document preparation, and ensuring compliance with government procurement policies.

โœ… Key Responsibilities:


GeM Portal:


Company & product registration on GeM


Uploading, updating & managing product/services listings


Handling bid participation, document preparation, and submission


Tracking and responding to GeM bid opportunities


Ensuring full compliance with GeM norms



Government Tenders:


Searching and identifying relevant tenders on various portals (GeM, CPPP, state-level)


Preparing technical and financial bids


Coordinating with departments and handling online/offline submissions


Ensuring timely documentation and compliance


Maintaining records of bids submitted, results, and follow-ups

๐Ÿงฉ Required Skills:


Practical experience with GeM and e-tendering portals (CPPP, eProcure, state portals)


Knowledge of MSME/NSIC benefits in tenders


Strong documentation and proposal writing skills


Proficient in Excel, PDF editing, and document conversion


Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred)


Prior experience in government e-procurement is a must
