Transformation (TR) Lead

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct Pre-Signing Audits (PSA) to assess transformation feasibility
• Build BOQs and define clear scope of work
• Align property owners on work plans, cost & timelines
• Negotiate and coordinate with vendors for materials & services
• Track progress, control cost & ensure timely project delivery
• Ensure each property meets OYO’s quality & safety standards before go-live
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth property launch

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• 3–7 years of experience in civil project execution
• Exposure to the hospitality industry is a bonus
• Strong understanding of civil specs and ability to create BOQs
• Excellent stakeholder management & on-ground problem-solving
• Willingness to travel daily for on-site execution

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
