Transition & Operations Manager

Urgently looking for Transition & Operations Manager for HCLTech Lucknow.

• Candidate should have minimum 8-10 years of experience and will be responsible for:
• Managing onboarding of accounts, includes existing business, new business/deal.
• Liaising and collaboration with internal stakeholders (Delivery, IT, HR, Finance and Legal) for successful transition of accounts into the location
• Review / validate SoWs from compliance standpoint
• Manage customer visits, including presentation and walkthrough to the customer

Financials Tracking and Reporting:

• Track and manage monthly location-level P&L for across LoBs
• Work closely with finance to reconcile variances for accurate reporting
• Prepare and present financial reports to leadership with insights and recommendations.

Efficiency improvement initiatives:

• Identify and run initiatives pertaining to resource utilization and margin improvements
