Job Description

  • Responsible for collecting complete travel requirements from clients for Umrah packages.
  • Communicates all package details clearly to clients, including pricing, inclusions, and travel timelines.
  • Informs clients about visa requirements, documentation, and mandatory guidelines for Umrah.
  • Acts as the main communication link between clients, travel vendors, and internal operations teams.
  • Provides regular updates to clients on visa status, flight bookings, hotel confirmations, and itinerary changes.
  • Ensures all package information is accurate, updated, and consistent across all communication channels.
  • Handles client queries and provides necessary clarification throughout the Umrah planning and travel process.
  • Maintains records of all inquiries, bookings, payments, and communication history.
  • Ensures timelines for visa processing, documentation submission, and travel arrangements are strictly followed.
  • Supports a smooth, professional, and stress-free experience for all clients.
  • Ensures all processes and communication comply with company policies and Saudi Umrah regulations.
  • Coordinates internally with the visa team, ticketing team, and operations staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Shares closing information once a client’s Umrah package is fully processed and ensures proper communication at every stage.
