Role Overview:We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Editor who can produce engaging short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate should be skilled in both AI-generated video creation and traditional video editing from locally shot footage.

• Key Responsibilities:Create high-quality short-form videos using AI tools (text-to-video, avatar videos, voice AI, etc.)
• Edit raw footage from local shoots into engaging, viral-ready content
• Add captions, transitions, effects, sound design, and trending elements
• Stay updated with TikTok trends, viral formats, and algorithms
• Optimize videos for maximum engagement (hooks, pacing, storytelling)
• Collaborate with marketing/design teams to align with brand messaging
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips
• Maintain consistent branding across all videos
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in video editing for TikTok/Reels/Shorts
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Synthesia, etc.)
• Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior
• Ability to create scroll-stopping hooks within the first 3 seconds
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound design
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in content creation for e-commerce or digital marketing
• Familiarity with AI voiceovers and script generation tools
• Ability to shoot basic video content (bonus)
• Graphic design skills (Photoshop/Canva)
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Video engagement (views, likes, shares, comments)
