Warehouse Operations

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Operations: Manage day-to-day activities to ensure fast, efficient order processing.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate teams for high performance and seamless shift management.
• Optimize Inventory: Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and ensure accurate stock movement.
• Drive Process Improvements: Identify and implement improvements to boost speed, reduce errors, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with logistics, procurement, and other departments to resolve issues and streamline processes.
• Monitor Performance: Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement to meet Blinkit’s goals.

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Preferred Background: FMCG, E-commerce, or High-Growth Startups
