Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily logistics and warehouse operations

Assign tasks and monitor performance of logistics staff and drivers

Ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods

Track shipments and resolve delivery or inventory issues

Maintain accurate logistics records and reports

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements

Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments

Monitor inventory levels and support stock control activities

Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Train, coach, and evaluate team members
