Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily logistics and warehouse operations
- Assign tasks and monitor performance of logistics staff and drivers
- Ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Track shipments and resolve delivery or inventory issues
- Maintain accurate logistics records and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock control activities
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members
