With its elegant and trendy collection, RELIABLE is one stop shop for all institutions looking forward to build their identity. Job Purpose:The candidate will be responsible for handling day to day operations work related to accounts management Responsibilities:Ensure of entering Purchase details of tools and making challans and Sales Invoice on Software Create muster and carry out account reconciliation Generate supplementary invoices Prepare various kinds of reports which also includes Courier dispatch and payment of Dispatch Ensure proper TDS calculation, payment and returns Prepare Fixed Asset Register (Plant & Machinery details) Maintain insurance policy Support in Tagging of Assets Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement Support during all physical verification of asset process Assist the Department Head to do day to day Finance Function which also include salary preparation Assisting for Closing of Monthly AccountsAssisting for complete of Statutory AuditCo-ordinate with other departments for account related tasksFilling of GST and other Statutory ReturnsRequisite Skills:Candidates should be well versed with Tally ERP 9, Logic & M.S.
