Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
• Ensure accuracy in billing details including quantity, rates, discounts, and GST
• Maintain daily billing records in billing software/ERP
• Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams
• Handle customer billing-related queries and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain proper billing documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with GST and company billing policies

Requirements & Skills:

• Female candidate required
• Graduate in Commerce or relevant field preferred
• Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing
• Experience in Tally/ERP or other billing software
• Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word)
• Attention to detail and good communication skills
