Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new shopkeepers, promoting our SaaS based e-catalog platform, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication, strong convincing skills, and a professional appearance.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and approach potential shopkeepers and local businesses to onboard them to our platform.


Conduct product demos and explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly.


Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.


Address customer queries, resolve doubts, and provide after-sales support as needed.


Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for client acquisition and activation.


Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals closed, and progress reports.


Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.


Requirements:


Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in tech or service-based industries).


Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


     Skills:


Strong convincing and negotiation skills


Presentable and professional attitude


Ability to explain complex products in simple terms


Problem-solving and doubt-clearing capabilities


     Other Requirements:


Must own a two-wheeler


Male candidates only


Local candidates from Ludhiana or nearby preferred
