Job Description
- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesCall customers who placed orders on our website
- Confirm:
- Customer name
- Delivery address
- Product ordered
- COD/Prepaid confirmation
- Update order status after call (Confirmed / Cancelled / RTO Risk)
- Handle basic customer questions politely
- Maintain call records in Google Sheet / CRM
- Inform team about unresponsive or suspicious orders
- Follow up on pending confirmation orders
