Job Description

Join ebo, India’s premier balloon decoration service provider operating in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore & Hyderabad! We are looking for empathetic, quick-thinking communicators to help our customers turn their celebrations into unforgettable memories.

As a Customer Success Executive, you won’t be making cold calls. Instead, you’ll be the friendly voice (and keyboard) guiding customers who have already expressed interest in our services.


What You’ll Do

  • Consultative Sales: Assist customers via WhatsApp and Phone to choose the perfect decoration packages for their events.
  • End-to-End Booking: Seamlessly place bookings on behalf of customers and manage the documentation.
  • Relationship Management: Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to celebration.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer queries with patience and a "solution-first" mindset.


Candidate Requirements

  • Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
  • Language: Must be fluent in both English and Hindi (Verbal & Written).
  • Technical: Must own a functional Laptop/Computer.
  • Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates.
  • Health Note: Candidates must not be color blind (to accurately assist with decoration palettes).


Shift & Compensation

  • Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Performance-based Incentives.
  • Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Ideal for those who prefer a late-day schedule!).
  • Working Days: Includes weekends; 1 weekly off (between Monday – Thursday).
