Job Description
- 1. Website ManagementManage products, pricing, and content on the company website.
- Upload and update product listings including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Ensure the website is updated with new launches, festive products, and offers.
- Coordinate with the tech team for website improvements.
- 2. Order ProcessingMonitor daily online orders from the website and other platforms.
- Coordinate with packing and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Ensure accurate order updates in the system.
- 3. Marketplace ManagementHandle platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato, etc.
- Maintain product listings and inventory.
- Monitor ratings, reviews, and customer feedback.
- Ensure competitive pricing and promotions.
- 4. Customer SupportRespond to customer queries through WhatsApp, email, or website chat.
- Handle complaints, refunds, and replacement requests.
- Ensure excellent customer experience for online buyers.
- 5. Inventory CoordinationCoordinate with production and warehouse teams to maintain stock availability.
- Update inventory regularly to avoid stockouts or overselling.
- 6. Data & Performance TrackingPrepare weekly reports for:
- Online sales
- Best-selling products
- Customer feedback
- Order issues
- Suggest improvements to increase online sales.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Order processing accuracy
- Website product update efficiency
- Customer response time
- Online sales growth
- Order fulfillment time
