Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop new designs as per market trends and buyer requirements.
• Prepare sketches, mood boards, and design concepts.
• Select fabrics, colors, trims, and accessories suitable for the designs.
• Coordinate with the sampling and production team for sample development.
• Make necessary changes in designs based on buyer or management feedback.
• Ensure designs are cost-effective and production-friendly.
• Follow up on sample approvals and modifications.
• Maintain design records, tech packs, and sample details.
• Support merchandising and sales teams with design inputs.
