Job Description
Job Title: Floor Manager / Sales Manager – Women’s Wear
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience)
Role Summary:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Floor Manager to lead sales operations in a luxury women’s wear showroom. The role involves driving sales, managing floor staff, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and improve conversion & billing value
- Manage daily floor operations and staff schedules
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Ensure premium customer service and brand standards
- Oversee visual merchandising and stock coordination
Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in retail (women’s wear/luxury preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of luxury retail customer behavior
