🎯 Job Purpose:

The Merchandiser will be responsible for end-to-end coordination between customers, design, and production teams to ensure smooth order execution—from sampling to final delivery.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development & Design Coordination

Prepare tech packs/design sheets with complete specifications

Coordinate with design, sampling, and production teams

Ensure accuracy of fabrics, trims, and accessories before production

• Order Management & Documentation

Prepare and maintain sales, job, and purchase orders

Verify order details, timelines, and costing

Maintain proper documentation for all orders

• Vendor & Internal Coordination

Coordinate with fabric, dyeing, stitching, and finishing teams

Follow up with vendors for timely supply

Ensure smooth workflow till dispatch

• Costing & Production Planning

Prepare cost sheets and ensure pricing accuracy

Plan production timelines and track daily progress

Forecast material requirements

• Billing & Dispatch

Coordinate with billing team for invoices

Ensure accuracy of dispatch documents

Track deliveries and update customers

• Customer Management

Share order updates, samples, and approvals

Handle queries and resolve issues

Build long-term client relationships

• Data Management

Maintain tracking sheets in Excel/Google Sheets

Update WIP, dispatch schedules, and production data

📋 Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in merchandising

• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing & fabrics

• Expertise in tech packs, costing, and documentation

• Good coordination & follow-up skills

• Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets

• Excellent communication skills

💰 Salary:

₹1.8 – ₹2.4 LPA (₹15K–₹20K per month)

• Experience in school uniform merchandising

• Understanding of production workflows & timelines
