Job Purpose:The candidate will be responsible for assisting the merchandising team in handling day-to-day coordination related to order processing, sampling, production follow-ups, dispatch updates, and maintaining merchandising records to ensure smooth execution of orders.

• Responsibilities:Assist in handling buyer/customer requirements and order details
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for sampling, raw material and production updates
• Follow up for sample development, approvals and necessary corrections
• Maintain order sheets, product details, costing sheets and dispatch timelines
• Coordinate with production and quality team to ensure timely completion of orders
• Track daily production status and report updates to the reporting manager
• Prepare and maintain reports in MS Excel (order tracking, delivery status, stock updates)
• Support in packing list, challans, and dispatch coordination
• Ensure proper communication between internal departments for smooth workflow
• Assist the department head in daily merchandising activities

Candidates should be well versed with MS Excel, Email drafting and basic merchandising process.

Relevant Experience: Fresher (0–1 year)

CTC per annum (Suggested): ₹2.40 – ₹3.60 Lacs PAMonthly Net Salary (Approx.): ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 PM
