Production Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor for our fastener manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily production operations, managing manpower, and ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and supervise daily production activities.

Ensure production targets are achieved on time.

Manage shop floor manpower and allocate work accordingly.

Maintain production quality and coordinate with QC team.

Monitor machine operations and resolve production issues.

Maintain production reports and documentation.

Ensure proper discipline and safety on the shop floor.

Ready to work in day/night shift if required.

Skills Required:

Experience in Fastener Industry preferred.

Good knowledge of production processes.

Strong manpower handling and leadership skills.

Basic communication skills in English & Hindi.

Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
