JOB PURPOSE: Trainers oversee all the training needs of company’s staff at the state level. Typical job responsibilities are delivering various training programs in accordance with the annual training calendar, identifying employee training needs & monitoring the effectiveness of training programs. The role includes frequent travel from one branch to other.
