Senior Accountant

Reliable Enterprise is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of textile industry accounting and compliance. The candidate will be responsible for handling complete accounts, statutory compliance, cost control, and coordination with internal departments.

• Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain books of accounts.
• Manage complete accounting cycle, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Perform cost accounting related to textile production (raw material, WIP, finished goods).
• Maintain and reconcile inventory and stock records (yarn, fabric, dyes, chemicals).
• Ensure GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation, and e-way bills.
• Handle TDS, statutory filings, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare MIS reports for management review.
• Coordinate with production, store, purchase, and HR departments.
• Assist in internal and statutory audits and liaise with CA/tax consultants.
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
• Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of textile/manufacturing accounting.
• Excellent working experience in Tally (Prime/ERP).
• Good command over MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Sound understanding of GST and statutory compliance.
• Ability to analyze costs, control expenses, and improve processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
