Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars across platforms.
• Identify and suggest trending content formats, reels, and campaigns.
• Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to generate leads and engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare growth reports.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetics across posts.
• Create basic designs and coordinate with the creative team for advanced visuals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & lead generation campaigns.
• Up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and algorithms.
• Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
