Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager who will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing of yarn, dyeing, processing, and job work. The role requires strong coordination with PPC, Sales, and Quality teams to ensure timely production and dispatch with the right quality.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage sourcing of yarn, fabrics, and job work (dyeing, finishing, processing)
• Ensure timely availability of materials as per production plan
• Coordinate closely with PPC and Sales teams for order execution
• Develop and manage vendor relationships for consistent quality and pricing
• Negotiate prices and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality
• Monitor quality of sourced materials and minimize rejection rates
• Handle new developments and sampling within defined timelines
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and system updates
• Identify risks in sourcing and proactively resolve issues
• Build backup vendors for critical processes
• Key RequirementsExperience: 5–10 years in textile sourcing (knits preferred)
• Strong knowledge of yarn, dyeing, finishing, and fabric processes
• Good vendor network in Ludhiana textile market preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good coordination and problem-solving ability
• Basic knowledge of Excel / ERP systems
• Performance Metrics (KPIs)On-time sourcing and order fulfillment
• Quality consistency and low rejection rates
