Job Description
- Outbound Calling: Initiating calls to customers with pending, overdue, or delinquent accounts (EMI, loan, credit card, or invoice payments).
- Payment Recovery: Negotiating repayment plans and settlements to ensure timely recovery of overdue amounts.
- Data Management & Updating: Accurately updating customer records, contact information, and payment status in the CRM system.
- Following Up: Regularly following up with customers who have promised to make payments.
- Compliance & Ethical Conduct: Adhering to legal regulations (e.g., RBI norms, debt collection laws) and company policies regarding customer interactions.
- MIS Reporting: Preparing daily/weekly reports on collection efficiency, recovery status, and non-workable accounts.
- Dispute Resolution: Addressing customer queries or disputes regarding payments professionally.
