Job Description:

Blinkit is hiring Telecallers to join our remote customer support and outreach team. This is a work-from-home opportunity with flexible working hours and attractive incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and assist with queries
• Provide information about Blinkit services and offers
• Maintain a professional conversation with customers
• Record call details and customer feedback
• Achieve daily and weekly calling targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi / basic English)
• Smartphone or laptop with stable internet connection
• Basic knowledge of calling or customer support is preferred
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
