Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Transactions: Accurately record and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
• Expense Management: Prepare and update expense reports and reimbursement forms.
• Tax Compliance: Assist in GST filings, TDS calculations, and other statutory requirements.
• Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain digital and physical financial records.
• Invoice Processing: Issue invoices to customers and external partners as needed.
• Audit Support: Assist in financial audits by preparing necessary documentation.
• Reporting: Generate financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
• Software Utilization: Work with accounting software like Tally, Busy, or SAP.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
• Analytical Ability: Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in financial records.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in handling GST and TDS filings.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in India.
• Experience working in a corporate or manufacturing setup.
