Account Executive (Accounting)

Position: Account Assistant

Location: [RAHON ROAD CHUNGI]

Employment Type: Full-Time

*Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update daily accounts records

Handle purchase and sales entries in accounting software (Tally/Excel)

Assist in GST filing and invoice management

Manage vendor and supplier payments

Reconcile bank statements and cash books

Maintain petty cash records

Support in preparing monthly financial reports

Handle billing, receipts, and payment follow-ups

Coordinate with vendors for invoice verification

Filing and maintaining financial documents

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounts, be comfortable with data entry, and assist in day-to-day financial tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree

Knowledge of Tally ERP / Busy / Excel

Basic understanding of GST and TDS

Good attention to detail

Honest and trustworthy

Ability to work independently

Experience: 5 years

Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable
