  Drive and achieve sales target for his/her region with lead from front attitude.

-          P&L driven sales approach with focus on all business parameters.

-          Good written and verbal communication skills.

-          Passion to drive and achieve business targets and Entrepreneur approach.

-          Data oriented who can execute organization plan effectively.

-          Exhibit leadership qualities to drive and motivate team members to achieve desired results.

-          Collection and operations team co-ordination.

-          Infant and PDD management

-          Big size team management, first, second and third level team management skills.

 

   Qualification :- MBA or equivalent masters or graduation with minimum 5-10 years of work ex with banking and finance industry.
