Assistant Accountant

Job Description: Accountant (2 Years Experience – Busy Software Mandatory)Position: Accountant

Experience: Minimum 2 years of accounting experience

Software Skill: Busy Accounting Software – Mandatory

Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate candidates can apply (must have full 2 years experience)

• Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Busy Software (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries).
• Maintain ledgers, trial balance, and support in preparing P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Handle Accounts Receivable & Payable.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation.
• Enter GST, prepare GST working, and assist in monthly filing support.
• Handle TDS entries, challans, and reconciliations.
• Maintain stock records, billing, vendor invoices, and documentation.
• Assist in month-end closing and audit-related work.
• Requirements:Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in accounting.
• Mandatory working experience in Busy Accounting Software.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to manage records accurately and meet deadlines.
• Preferred Candidate:Female candidates preferred.
• 12th Pass / Undergraduate can apply (full 2 years experience must be proven).
• Good communication, discipline, and attention to detail.
