Assistant Branch Manager-Inbound-Branch Banking-Service

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our branch banking operations. Your primary focus will be on managing and overseeing the daily activities of the inbound team, ensuring efficient and effective customer service. You will be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment, motivating your team to deliver exceptional results, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the branch.

  • Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee and monitor inbound call operations, ensuring efficient call handling and prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Implement and maintain effective customer service strategies, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other branch managers and departments to align strategies and achieve cross-functional goals.
  • Analyze and interpret customer service data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance overall branch performance.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, maintaining a secure and regulated environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Assist in developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the inbound team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance customer service standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions to improve customer service processes.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation.
