Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The role involves handling data management, documentation, coordination, and ensuring smooth backend processes of the organization.


  • Key Responsibilities - Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems
  • Enter and verify data in company systems accurately
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments for information flow
  • Handle emails, documentation, and routine correspondence
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and basic accounting entries
  • Assist in inventory tracking and order processing
  • Support HR or finance with documentation as required
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
  • Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience in back-office or administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and advance excel must
  • Good typing speed and data entry accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Preferred Skills - Basic knowledge of accounting or ERP systems
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
