Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The role involves handling data management, documentation, coordination, and ensuring smooth backend processes of the organization.
- Key Responsibilities - Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems
- Enter and verify data in company systems accurately
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for information flow
- Handle emails, documentation, and routine correspondence
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and basic accounting entries
- Assist in inventory tracking and order processing
- Support HR or finance with documentation as required
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
- Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in back-office or administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and advance excel must
- Good typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Preferred Skills - Basic knowledge of accounting or ERP systems
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
