Job Description
Update and maintain records of file status in the system on a regular basis. Coordinate and follow up with clients regarding ongoing processes and documentation. Assist in new client development through regular calling, email communication, and lead follow-ups. Handle payment collection from clients and ensure timely updates in records. Maintain accurate databases, files, and records for smooth workflow. Provide administrative and operational support to other staff members as required. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management review. Ensure proper communication and coordination between departments.
Good communication skills (verbal & written). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills. Prior experience in back-office, operations, or client coordination will be an added advantage.
