Billing Engineer

Billing Engineer required 

location : model town Ludhiana 

Timings : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm 

salary : 20k to 25k

 Responsibilities

Prepare RA Bills, Interim Bills, and Final Bills as per contract conditions

Take site measurements and prepare Measurement Sheets (MB)

Prepare billing based on BOQ, drawings, and actual work executed

Verify subcontractor and vendor bills with site measurements and agreements

Maintain billing abstracts, reconciliation statements, and billing records

Coordinate with site engineers for daily progress and measurements

Submit client bills and follow up for certification and payments

Prepare variation, deviation, and extra item statements

Assist in rate analysis for new or extra items

Maintain project-wise billing and cost data

Ensure compliance with contract terms, GST, and tax requirements

Support audits, documentation, and management reports
