Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our immigration and overseas education branch. The candidate will be responsible for overall branch operations, team management, sales growth, and ensuring excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily branch operations and staff performance.

Achieve sales and admission targets.

Guide and support counsellors and telecallers.

Handle client escalations and ensure service quality.

Coordinate with Head Office for marketing, HR, and compliance.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership & communication skills.

Experience in the immigration/overseas education industry.

Knowledge of visa processes (Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc.).

Target-oriented and result-driven.

Qualification:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Management or related field.
