About Job role:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both field and office-based responsibilities. This role requires active calling, outreach, client meetings, and on-site visits to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages.
- Identify potential leads through networking and market research.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales performance.
- Required to travel for client meetings (CAs and Mutual Fund Distributor) and do site visits.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Finance background preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial products, investments, or financial services.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
