About Job role:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both field and office-based responsibilities. This role requires active calling, outreach, client meetings, and on-site visits to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages.
  • Identify potential leads through networking and market research.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales performance.
  • Required to travel for client meetings (CAs and Mutual Fund Distributor) and do site visits.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Finance background preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investments, or financial services.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
