Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, site visits, sales closures, and maintaining customer relationships in the real estate segment, open to travel, site visit, negotiate with Landlord, Recording Videos of properties and creating presentations.

its a everyday traveling for finding new properties in north india,mostly near by punjab ,himachal haryana delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Explain property details to clients and conduct site visits
• Negotiate and close property deals
• Maintain client records and update sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transactions
• finding new properties for our clients
• making ppt presentation for the same
• sending videos of near by brands
• daily reporting to senior.

Skills Required:

• MS PowerPoint
• Corel Draw
• Good communication and presentation skills

Salary:

₹ 10,000 – ₹ 35,000

• Fixed Salary: ₹ 10,000 – ₹ 15,000
• Incentives: Up to ₹ 20,000
