Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Sound Box Reactivation

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to work on Sound Box Revisit and Reactivation. The role involves visiting merchants daily to revisit deactivated sound boxes and convert them into activated sound boxes by resolving issues and convincing the merchant.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit 30–40 merchants daily in the assigned area.
• Perform revisits for deactivated sound boxes.
• Convert deactivated sound boxes into active sound boxes.
• Ensure a minimum of 10 valid visits per day.
• Understand merchant issues related to sound box deactivation and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical or backend support if required.
• Maintain accurate daily visit and conversion reports.
• Build and maintain good relationships with merchants.
• Requirements & Skills:Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass / Graduate.
• Experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, or field operations preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with merchants.
• Willingness to work in the field and meet daily visit targets.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
• Smartphone mandatory for reporting.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Daily field visits: 30–40
• Valid visits: Minimum 10 per day
