Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching services, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Generate and qualify leads to expand the client base.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations with potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and handle client interactions professionally.
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and lead generation strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
