Job Description

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at PhonePe, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by expanding its merchant network and enhancing the adoption of PhonePe's payment solutions. This field-intensive role is designed for proactive individuals who excel in sales and client relationship management.​PhonePe

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchant Acquisition: Conduct regular field visits to identify and onboard new merchants, promoting the adoption of PhonePe's payment solutions.​
  • Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of PhonePe's products, such as smart speakers and scanners, to potential clients.​

  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities, fostering strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.​

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Minimum qualification of 12th pass or higher.​
  • Experience: Prior experience in field sales or a related area is preferred but not mandatory; both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.​

  • Mandatory Requirements: Possession of a valid driver's license, a two-wheeler, and a smartphone.​

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: Competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Travel Allowance (TA): Additional TA ranging from ₹2,600 to ₹4,000.
  • Incentives and Bonuses: Performance-based incentives and bonuses between ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, with opportunities for promotion based on performance.
