Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales / Business Development Executive who can handle outbound calling and generate quality leads for our outdoor advertising services.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable talking to clients, and have the ability to convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients across North India
• Generate and qualify leads for advertising services
• Explain company services clearly (Hoardings, LED screens, etc.)
• Follow up with clients and convert leads into business
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly targets related to lead generation
• Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream
• 1–2 years experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Business Development
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Experience in calling and lead generation
• Basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel
• Self-motivated and target-driven
