Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our dealer and distributor network across India. The candidate will play a key role in increasing sales and building long-term business relationships for our agriculture tools manufacturing business.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard new dealers/distributors
• Expand and manage dealer network across different regions
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers
• Conduct market research for new opportunities
• Achieve sales targets (monthly/quarterly)
• Handle pricing, negotiation, and deal closure
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, marketing)
• Travel for dealer meetings and business expansion
• 🛠️ Required SkillsStrong communication & negotiation skills
• Good understanding of sales and business development
• Relationship-building and convincing ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting
• Target-oriented and self-driven
• 🎓 QualificationBBA / B.Com / MBA (Business/Marketing)
• 0–3 years experience (Freshers can apply)
• 💼 Salary₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month
